What the acceptance means

SASO approved TUV United Arabia as a conformity assessment body following its application of 11 December 2024, under SASO's regulation for the acceptance of conformity assessment bodies. The approval covers the certification of management systems, and the technical scope is set out in the annex to the certificate.

SASO acceptance is separate from accreditation. SASO accepts the body to carry out the listed conformity assessment activity, while the Saudi Accreditation Center (SAAC) accredits certification for specific standards. Our SAAC accreditations are listed on our accreditation page.
